Just to speak - 3 steps to a killer presentation!

I have to develop and a killer presentation in three distinct stages with three main points per level. This means that there is total to learn only nine points for you, to create and deliver a fantastic speech in even the nerve-wracking circumstances.

* Simply publicly to speak step 1: preparing the speech or presentation

• A good speech consists of five parts:

(1) The introduction: Inform you the audience of what you say in your speech to them.
(2) You give your first example.
(3) Provide your second example.
4) Enter your third example.
(5) The conclusion: You remind the audience that what you said watching it and then close the speech.

• If it is allowed, make greeting cards for your speech with the General ideas, examples and specific points of interest that you want to leave. Writing not your greeting cards in complete sentences. Make bullet points of the information that would like to remind you.

• Rehearse your speech in front of a mirror, until you only your notes need to short a look (for the most important ideas in case you lose track). Then, enter your address to a friend or some family members with everyone helping stage fright, you may have.

* Simple public speaking step 2: the & screws giving a speech

• Even if it is not required for the presentation dress better than your audience. A collar shirt or blouse with a nice pair of shoes will do if a suit or business professional clothes for the presentation is required. No trainers or jeans!

• Speak slowly and clearly and much more, as you normally would smile in daily conversation.

• To make the six never-do's speech:

(1) Never you laugh or during a speech, you giggle, unless you are telling a joke.
(2) Never excuse for your performance during the speech.
(3) Read you never, never your speech from note cards.
(4) Sit on never or coupling the podium.
(5) Not single out one member of the audience and talk only to them.
(6) Go beyond the speech time limit. An effective speech within the time limit is a big part of the assignment.

* Simple public speaking step 3: the bells & whistles of a speech

• Your focus you across the room, the most important points to emphasize use hand movements.

• Do not use rate, volume, pitch and stop access to the public attention and draw them in your speech.

• Rate age speed = your to speak throughout the presentation.

• Volume = not shy, very noisy or additional soft during your speech.

• Pitch = use your vocal range even avoid monotone. Not begin and end all sentences the same way.

• Pause = stop talk and let the silence, to do the job for you, if you want to place additional to a focus on stress.

• Ask the audience if possible, if they have any questions at the end of your speech.

* JUST TO TALK - ACTION STEP *.

Write a five minute speech on a topic of your choice with the three sections above... Then, type the address from a friend or family member. Need greeting cards to use, as you give the speech, that's okay, but you have to give the speech often enough until you are while just look in the position to give it to your greeting cards.

Next after the speech, you ask your audience write three aspects of your speech that you think need work. Argue with your audience suggestions to improve your speech. Take their advice and work in your speech, where it feels appropriate. Then enter to apply for your speech again at a different audience and feedback. These three times total, and a summary of the public record proposals here, so that they talk back to them for future can reference.
